How it works - Workflow

  1. Utilize the web based pallete to configure workflow processes to match your business needs.
  2. Expression and Global routes configurable per DocClass. Expand the pallete to fit your visual needs. Save versioned workflows for later deployment.
  3. Filter the Dashboard view by process, document type, subordinate users, and groups. Once filtered, drill down to monthly, weekly and daily activity.
  4. The information view allows users to quickly view those tasks deemed either important or close to expiration. Utilizing the document overview allows the user to view critical data such as creation time, check-out status, page count, all tasks associated with the document, a thumbnail view of the document, and the SafeKeep server status.
  5. The Dashboard gauge-pod allows a user to quickly understand where they are in relation to their current workload.
  6. Monthly, weekly, and daily charts can be configured per user to provide instant visual access to the information contained within the workflow tasks owned by a given user or group.
  7. Intuituve workflow task calendar allows users to manage tasks. Email can also be used to manage low volume, or low usage tasks requirements.
  8. Tasks are routed to groups but owned by individuals.
