Singularity allows for the creation of unlimited workflows per document type and apart from document types. Workflow processes can be declared as ‘global routes’, ‘expression routes’, ‘scheduled tasks’, ‘document retention tasks’, and ‘document capture tasks’.
The web based process builder is simple to use and extend via the Singlet mechanism. You can create, modify, version, activate, and inactivate workflow processes with a simple drag-and-drop browser based design tool.
